Apply nowOUR APPROACH
At LTS, we prioritize individualized and specialized care for our traveling students. Our dedicated contract managers continuously assess each student’s needs, and our company directors regularly communicate with schools to address their specific requirements and ensure we meet the needs of both the school and its students.
Steady and Predictable Surroundings
“Our Drivers and Escorts are Assigned a Permanent Route and Meet with Students and Parents/Caregivers Before the Start of the Term to Establish Relationships and Address Any Potential Concerns. This Facilitates a Seamless Transition and Ensures That Both Our Staff and Clients are Happy with the Schedule, with Any Client Needs and Staff Training Requirements Addressed.”
Trustworthy Assistance
“At times, unforeseen operational needs may necessitate the use of a temporary driver. This substitute driver and any escorts will be introduced to the students through the regular escort on school grounds. Advance notice of any staff changes, whether permanent or temporary, is given to parents/caregivers, allowing them to prepare the student for the alteration.”
Client SupporT
,,We make certain that all our employees understand the importance of exceptional client service and tact. They are cognizant of the need for patience and knowledgeable of the potential dangers of communicating or interacting with the students. As an organization, we are highly conscious of the security concerns surrounding young children and take our obligations in this regard very seriously.”
Practice Guidelines
,,Our Safeguarding Policy Includes a Procedure for Student Illness During Transportation. In Serious Cases, an Ambulance Will Be Summoned and the Parent, School, and Passenger Transport Will Be Notified. When Student Numbers or Pick-Up Points Change, Routes Are Re-Planned to Minimize On-Vehicle Time.”
Interaction
Support 24/7
,,Parents/Caregivers Stay Connected with the Company Through the Driver and Escort. Communication is Directed to the Escort First and Then Transferred to the Driver. Parents/Caregivers Can Also Contact the Contract Manager and the Company’s Office.”
Instruction
“Our Drivers and Assistents Receive Comprehensive Training Beyond Legal Requirements. This Includes Defensive Driving Techniques and Awareness Courses for Autism, ADHD, Asperger’s, and Epilepsy.”
